Mr. Naiem Ahmad, established the company with the noble objective of providing employment to people at the bottom of the social index, steering them away from anti-social activities and offering them meaningful work with a clear purpose.
After a long and distinguished career of 42 years with Delhi Police, Mr. Ahmad went on to create a state-of-the-art professional security enterprise, built on the highest standards of professionalism, training, and ethics inspired by the Indian Police.
Through hard work and dedicated efforts, this vision has grown into an organization that has achieved a position of eminence and now ranks among the most preferred service providers in the state in a remarkably short period.

Founder and Director
Dr. Rakshanda, brings a powerful blend of academic excellence and innovative leadership to the organisation. With advanced specialisation in Artificial Intelligence and Security Management, she applies a truly multidisciplinary lens to the evolving challenges of security and manpower management.
A PhD holder in Human Resource Management from Harvard University, she combines deep research insight with practical expertise.
Her strong analytical capabilities and profound understanding of modern risk dynamics have enabled her to introduce intelligent systems and datadriven
decisionmaking. Under her leadership, RS Nineteen has strengthened its operational framework and significantly enhanced its ability to deliver reliable, highquality services to diverse clients.
